Hygienist - the hygienist adapted my treatment to my needs due to the sensitivity of my teeth, for which I was hugely grateful. She was reassuring about my cleaning technique but also gave me some useful pointers. She was very kind and empathetic.
Dentist - My treatment was gentle and thorough and my dentist explained everything being done, as well as providing me with some advice and useful information for my retainers. He always takes the fear out of my appointments!
