Honour Health Jesmond

It was great to receive my treatment with my normal dental team who completed my dental work and check ups to my complete satisfaction. Unlike my previous emergency treatment which was diabolical. Fortunately my normal team were able to restore the cosmetic integrity of a broken front tooth totally neglected by the emergency dentist.

Dental appointment

I arrived late because of travel problems, I was not allowed to see the dentist that day. I have a limited income and spent £40 ish on taxi fares it is difficult finding that amount of money to attend. However, they did arrange an appointment for a short time later, rather than the usual long waiting time for an appointment.

Friendly, attentive

Good. Staff friendly and attentive. Clean environment.
More time should be allocated in case there is a problem that needs addressing. A longer appt will help the dentist address concerns adequately and allow for a thorough dental exam.

Andrew Marr is such a lovely and patient dentist. I have dental anxiety and in all my appointments he always explains what he's going to do and gives you time if you need it. I've had a filling and I felt absolutely nothing and actually felt relatively relaxed which has never happened before. Everyone at the practice is professional and kind. Can't fault them
