A very calming environment
Received telephone call on the day of my appointment to check if I had any Covid 19 symptoms or had had coronavirus. It also gave me the opportunity to ask what to do when I arrived for my appointment. I was told the waiting room was not being used and was told I would have to wait outside the door where there was sanitiser and someone would call me. I was asked to ring the surgery when I arrived. I only waited a short time. The dentist is very professional and checked my teeth and took photographs of my teeth. Explained the use of the small brush for cleaning between my teeth and an appointment was made for 6 months time. I was a little apprehensive as it has been just over a year since my last appointment but I shouldn’t have worried. A very calming environment at present.

Excellent dentist who make you feel very comfortable, especially like myself I'm always very nervous when having treatment.. Mike explained everything he was doing and made me feel at ease and relaxed.. The staff are very friendly and with covid safe

I have been with Honour Health for a few years, they've always been friendly and helpful. My appointment last week was a little different because of the additional safety measures, and I was reassured and impressed with how the challenges have been met.
Someone called me before the appointment to talk through what to expect and everyone I spoke to was friendly and appropriately masked or distant. The dentist and her assistant were both really kind, reassuring and professional. They explained what they were doing and what they wanted me to do clearly and patiently.
A great practice if you're a nervous patient.

Excellent experience especially in these difficult times.
Appointments both with the dentist and hygienist were on time and I felt confident measures in place for patients safety were well executed by all staff members.

This was a follow up visit to have a temporary filling replaced. The dental nurse put me at ease immediately and together with the dentist completed the work painlessly. Cosmetically the work exceeded my expectations.
