I took advantage of the opportunity to have a check up. The set up felt very safe, I was asked questions over the phone before my appointment and I asked the same question of my dentist as I entered. The check up was efficient and effective- I as drowning in plaque- and I was also advised on how I might be refunded for the months of patient Plan that I have paid with no possibility of access to dental care. All very helpful.

Emergency appointment for broken tooth
I was able to secure an appointment two days from my tooth breaking. The COVID-19 procedures work efficiently, and I waited outside until they were ready for me. The dentist and the dental nurse were lovely, and the problem was diagnosed and dealt with very efficiently and effectively. This really is a brilliant practice. Thank you so much

I needed treatment on a painful tooth, in spite of the obvious complication of COVID 19 I was seen very quickly and given excellent treatment on the same day. The staff and dentist were so professional and very friendly. I cannot speak more highly of the staff and the Practice.

Temporary repair of cracked tooth
I cracked a tooth in the first week of lockdown, back at the end of March. I spoke to a triage dentist who advised what to do if anything further happened to it and re-assured me that they would be back in touch when things changed. Sure enought, I was contacted in the first week of re-opening, offered an appointment and had a temporay filling within the week. I couldn't be more satisfied with the treatment I've had in such difficult circumstances.

Very Quick But Professional
Had to come in to get a suspected infection looked at. Consultation was brief but very professionally carried out by Laura (in full PPE) we we both hyper aware of need to keep contact to a minimum.

Best dentist around. Dr Hussam is an outstanding person and dentist. I am so comfortable with him and he makes you feel at ease. All reception staff and hygiene staff are also outstanding. Only issue is the parking , but can’t be helped
