Very professional, client-centred staff. Felt really listened to. I was meant to only get a filling done but had concerns about another tooth and the dentist took time to thoroughly assess it. She asked how things had been going, rather than driving straight in and I appreciate that. Receptionists always seem happy to help, and on the phone as well. I recommend.

On time, efficient

Everything was fine (as I expected it to be). The consultation took place at the appointed time and the work (a filling and annual inspection) completed efficiently.

As painless as usual

As always the reception staff were excellent despite there being a number of people.
My check up was as painless as usual and the treatment was given at the same visit which was extremely helpful.

I needed a new dentist after moving to the area - would recommend this one to anybody! Registering and booking an appointment online was a huge benefit. The practice is really nice, all the staff are friendly and welcoming, my check up was no problem at all.

Joint hygienist and dental surgeon appointment

This worked really well resulting in hygienist doing preventative work whilst dentist only there to do remedial stuff. As none needed, 25 minutes with hygienist (although my teeth and gums were reported to be fine) and 5 minutes with dentist.
Fast and efficient. Good use of pain management by all resulting in comparative comfort.

I was welcomed by all staff, the Dentist was friendly and informative and polite, she treated me well and I felt I knew what was happening.

I’m very fussy about my dentist and used to travel hours just to see one I trusted. Finally I tried here out because travelling wasn’t feasible. It was a good decision, the staff here are friendly and the dentists know what they’re doing and they’re good at what they do. It’s also just a really nice building too especially for a dental surgery.

A joy to deal with

I have always struggled with dentists after a childhood session we very badly for me. My confidence in dentists has been renewed since having Honour Health as my regular dentist. He is incredibly reassuring and a joy to deal with.

Always so reassuring, professional and talks through everything required. I just want to say thank you very much as I was previously someone who was very nervous and anxious about going to the Dentist. The treatment that I require in the future is a bit more complicated but again all the options were clearly explained and a referral was made to the Dental Hospital. I can definitely recommend Honour Health Jesmond.
