Customer service here is very professional. I like the fact that my dentist always explains things well; so I feel as though I am offered choices. In the past, with other dentists, I was suspicious that I was being told to have work done that may not have been entirely necessary, so it's good not to worry about this any more. I would recommend.

Polite, friendly but professional
I had a routine checkup with Neesha. She was welcoming, polite, friendly but professional, and gentle during the examination. Happily no problems were found. She told me of the option to see the hygienist for AirFlow tooth whitening for a modest fee but I was pleased that she did not "push" this option excessively so I left with a leaflet to consider it. An excellent appointment.

Quickly put at my ease
Although I was nervous about meeting a new dentist for the first time, I was quickly put at my ease and was very well looked after. Over the years I have been to quite a few dentists and I must say this practice is by far the best.

I felt safe and well cared for
Being a nervous patient I was worried about having my root canal treatment done. Dentist was brilliant though: he explained everything about what he was going to do (the first stage of the treatment) and reassured me that I wasn’t going to experience any pain. Although I found the procedure uncomfortable I felt safe and well cared for the entire time.

Great dentist in Jesmond . Before moving to Jesmond I had been to other dentists who said nothing could be done with my teeth . However after a course of Invisalign I can now smile with confidence . With the monthly scheme you get regular check ups with the dentist and hygienist.
Would recommend highly :)

Offered me an appointment with my dentist that day
I recently visited the dentist as my bridge tooth dropped out. I contacted them by phone and left a message over the weekend. I received a call from them yesterday (Monday) and they offered me an appointment with my dentist that day. I am very happy with the service they give. I am hoping the tooth does not fall out again. It has been explained to me that it could. I am very happy with my dentist who gives me advice on how to look after my teeth.
