The best equipped dental practice I've ever been a patient of. The appointment never feels rushed, nor do you feel that you're being made to wait ages. The dentists take their time to explain the options for treatment, and one doesn't feel pushed down a particular road.

Nervous patient
I went in for emergency appointment. I was seen promptly,, and the dentist was good, and thorough, and she handled the fact I showed a lot of nervousness very well and reassuring.
She had to refer me to Ponteland surgery for more work, and an appointment was made swiftly for the next working day,. Again I was very happy with my treatment and the dentist recognised my anxiety with reassurance.
And I am very happy with the work carried out by both dentists.

My teeth haven't looked this good in years.
I went for an NHS checkup knowing I needed a small filling repaired. I was hardly there any time, Michael was charming and professional, the technician, whose name I regret I didn't catch, was efficient and attentive, and my teeth look gorgeous which is so lovely after being a bit embarrassed to smile. I cannot recommend this practice enough.

Always a pleasure to see my dentist. I used to always be very nervous and hate going to the dentist but at Honour health, they really make you feel at ease. I have nothing but praise for the service I received recently from the Dental Surgeon. He was in my opinion outstanding, I felt confident from the first meeting as he explained what my problem was and my choices for treatment. Everything happened just as he said it would except I never had quite as much pain as he had prepared me for, in fact the worst I can claim was a bit discomfort for a short period of time. I visited Rachel for a check up with my two young daughters yesterday. My youngest is always quite nervous at the dentist - and not only did Rachel put her at ease, she even managed to convince her to have the floride paste on her teeth. I was so impressed! Helped me to control my anxiety
I find that using this dentist has helped me to control my anxiety over the dentist. I find that my dentist is very good at seeing when I’m anxious in the dentist chair but also very good at keeping me calm with her explaining everything in detail every time I go even if it is for work that I have had done for a number of times. I find that she has changed rooms to a bigger rooms to help with my anxiety and when I have got over whelmed she has supported me giving me lots of different options on how they can do the treatment and after not being able to walk into a dentist after 3 years I have found myself going 4 times this year with my anxiety around the dentist seeming to easy every time. I find changing appointment easy and the receptionist are helpful when it comes to fitting appointments in around my extremely busy diary.
