As pleasant an experience as possible
I had two appointments on the 15th October. The first was with a dentist new to me, as my usual dentist has recently left the practice. I was a little worried as I had built up an excellent relationship with my dentist over several years and trusted him totally with my treatment. I wasn't sure about how I felt about having someone totally unknown to me now. However, my new dentist was lovely. He had obviously read my notes, but still undertook a detailed examination for himself, noting the problem areas and reassuring me about any future treatment. I was very happy with the meeting and feel confident about seeing him again. The second appointment straight after was with my usual hygienist, who is wonderful, and whom I trust completely. She is extremely supportive and encouraging, and clearly very good at her job!
Nobody looks forward to visiting the dentist, but the staff there make it as pleasant an experience as possible.

Dentist was excellent
Reception staff efficient, advised if there was to be any delay in the start of my treatment they would let me know.
Appointment was 5 mins in starting but that was fine. Dentist was excellent explained what was to happen asked if l had any questions.

The dentist is very professional, efficient and friendly. She always explains what you she is planning to do and is ready to listen to any concerns I might have.
