Very impressed as usual
Was very impressed as usual when I came for my 6 month check up with Omar. I really like he way he always introduces the dental nurse and appears to have a very good working relationship with each of them. Communication between them is always good and they work well as a team. I do not like having anesthetic (needles) and Omar is very understanding about this. I never feel as if more expensive dental care is being pushed on me and am always given the options/prices to go away and think about.
Previously when I came for appointments, I could choose a late appointment as I teach in Sunderland and can’t get there early. I was disappointed to find out that appointments after 5 we’re now charged at the private rate and were a lot more expensive. This is very difficult when you are I a job that you can’t just take time off.
