Calm, friendly, polite
I dread going to the dentist and worry about the appointment. However, Stephen is always very calm, friendly, polite and reassuring so I know that I shouldn't really get stressed about visiting the dentist. He explains things clearly and gives a range of options for treatment without pushing one solution more than another so that I can make an informed choice.

Everything I have had done has been to my satisfaction. Most of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I always seem to get an appointment and normally get seen quite quick. So overall, a great experience!

Missing Root
My existing struggled to find one of the 3 root canals that required treatment - was seen by the Principal Onkar Danoya who after some lengthy time managed to locate it - his continued reassuring during the procedure of his progress and my welfare was brilliant.

I am familiar with the practice from a previous appointment so had confidence in the competence of the organisation.
Over the holidays I experienced sensitivity in an upper molar and booking an appointment online was very straightforward.
I attended the Jesmond clinic and reception was very friendly.
I had a little extra wait -but I was advised by reception in a timely/courteous manner.
I was personally escorted by the Dentist into the treatment room and was treated with respect and friendliness.
Inspection/Treatment was carried out with excellent communication skills and empathy/care
In summary an ethical and professional organisation.

Most impressed at treatment to have denture repaired
A tooth from my upper palette broke off on the morning of 21st December. I was fitted in for an emergency appointment so that moulds could be taken. I was advised to take these to a local dental lab so that I could have the repair carried out before Christmas.
Many a dental practice would have refused go to see me at such short notice with the result that I would have had to wait until after Christmas for the repair. I am most impressed.

Infected wisdom tooth
The service and care I received at Honour Health in Jesmond was exceptional. The practice was really efficiently run and I got an appointment on the day after ringing up for an emergency appointment.
In particular, Steven the dentist was incredible. Kind, friendly, professional- he explained everything and could not have done more to help. As well as the appointment being really thorough, he even said if the problem didn't get better I could ring the surgery and he would fit me in regardless of appointments.

Dentist very reassuring
I lost the filling which had been done in May 2017 on one of my front teeth. During the treatment the new filling was supplied. I was very worried considering that it was the third time that the filling has been replaced in 16 months. The dentist was very helpful and reassuring and tried to do her best.
