I lost part of an upper molar one evening. I rang the next morning and was impressed and relieved to get an appointment with my dentist, Nigel, the same day. He plugged it with a temporary filling and I got an appointment to sort it out less than two weeks later. All the while Nigel explains the options and includes you in the decision making. It was an old tooth, not a lot left and had had a deep filling. Nigel was realistic about the prospects, but got it cleaned out and refilled quickly and efficiently. The dentist assistant was friendly and proficient too. I can't speak too highly of the service I received.

Delayed appointment but friendly and knowledgeable staff
My appointment was delayed by 15 mins but otherwise everything was good. It was my first visit and the reception staff, the dentist and his assistant were all friendly and welcoming. The dentist was very knowledgeable and reassuring about the problem I had gone in to get checked out. Definitely the nicest dentist practice I've been to in terms of the building and decor etc.

Emergency consultation
I made an emergency appointment as I had gum pain. By the time appointment arrived I was no longer in pain! I have soft tissue behind an embedded tooth with cyst, so I was happy to have Omar look at it and give advice.
