As someone who hadn't visited the dentist in over 10 years I found my experience at Honour Health in Jesmond very positive. Both the Dentist and Hygienist teams put me at ease and were very patient with me given my nerves!

I chipped a molar filling on Friday night, left voice message Saturday. HH phoned 9am Monday to give me an 11:05am appointment, chipped out the rest expertly and put a temporary on, pending x-rays in a fortnight - excellent, fast, professional and friendly service. Massively relieved and impressed

I saw Maria - Hygienist - for the first time. My July appointment was postponed with another Hygienist due to sick leave.
Maria was very friendly but also very professional. She ensured that I was comfortable in the chair ( I have back problems), providing me with a cushion for my head and ensuring that the angle of the tilt-back wasn't too steep so as to aggravate my Sciatica.
Very thorough treatment and very clear advice re problems identified, home care needed and her recommendations to dentist Mike for my follow-up appointment in October.
