Reception staff were lovely, dentist and assistant very professional. I get anxiety regarding the dentist but as soon as I sat in the chair I felt at ease. Dentist was very informative and made everything very simple to understand, I didn’t feel judged in the slightest and everything was smooth. Dentist explained everything he was going to do before and whilst he was doing it. Would recommend!

My dentist is brilliant
The service is exceptionally good. My dentist is brilliant, as is the dental assistant. I am a slightly nervous patient and I am always made to feel comfortable and at ease. I would highly recommend both this surgery and my dentist.

I had a great experience this morning at the hygienist - Maria and Jessica both introduced themselves which for me is very important.
My only constructive comment is that I felt £95 for 20 minutes hygienist is a little expensive.

Hygienist and checkup
I had a hygienist appointment followed by a routine checkup this morning. The hygienist was thorough, and very pleasant and for the first time, I felt I was treated as a mature adult, rather than a child who doesn't know how to clean her teeth. The checkup with the dentist whom I have seen for a considerable time was excellent, thorough; extremely pleasant and answered any queries I had.
