Treated me compassionately
I have mobility issues, and was dealt with understanding from first call to reception with a specific request to have my treatment on my initial visit, rather than having to return after a check-up. Helen Collins understood my concerns and treated me compassionately, explaining the outcome of my examination. She performed the necessary treatment there and then saving me having to return. All is well.

Appointment only for hygienist today. My mouth was thoroughly examined, advice given on keeping my teeth/mouth healthy. My teeth were scaled and cleaned. Given opportunity to ask questions.

Unfortunately I somehow failed to post my review below when I wrote it which was 8 December “I have been with the practice for years as an NHS patient and the support is first class whether it’s routine checkups or (like today) a repair. All the staff are very helpful and supportive.
I had chipped my 2 front upper teeth and needed a repair urgently. My dentist and assistant were excellent.
The repair is first class totally invisible.
Sorry there aren’t any pics, I’m a bit shy.”
My follow up appointment was today and once again my dental team were fantastic in continuing the treatment to restore my teeth. I can’t praise them enough and look forward to my next appointment to complete the restoration.

A lovely experience
Had a hygiene clean today (27.08.24) and had a lovely experience with the lady who did my clean. She was very gentle and attentive. I’ve had a couple of cleans from a different hygienist and although she did leave my teeth clean, she wasn’t as gentle and the experience wasn’t as nice. So I’d recommend who I had today! Thank you.
