Emergency care
Very impressed with the emergency care I received for wisdom tooth pain. Able to get same day appointment ringing just after 9am. Rapid assessment and identification of problem, clinician clearly listened and had fantastic interpersonal skills. Swift OPG obtained, discussion of treatment plan and self care advice, as well as safety netting if things got worse or what to do if this becomes a recurrent problem. A standard of care, as a fellow healthcare professional, I would aim to give to my own patients.
