It's difficult to write this without gushing... I'm gonna try, anyway!

As a trauma survivor, I've been an anxious patient my whole life - we're talking "let's refer her to the hospital for sedation"-level of anxiety. Growing up in the 1980s and 90s, I'd had a few less-than-ideal experiences of dental care, which served to compound the problem over the years.

Some time ago I broke a tooth and, for a much longer period of time than I am prepared to admit to, here, I was too terrified to get it looked at.
After finally plucking up the courage to do something about it, I was sent to the dental hospital to get my first ever filling done, and after I somehow managed the treatment without sedation (much to everyone's surprise, but most of all, me), the hunt was on to find a routine dentist.

I've been coming to Honour Health for a while, now, and can say with some certainty that I am finally beginning to feel at ease, due in no small part to Andrew's care - he has a level of understanding that I had only ever before experienced with the staff at the dental hospital, seems unflappable and has time to listen. If I say he might be the first dentist I've ever really trusted, that sounds extreme but I don't think it's too far from the truth.

I have always struggled with brushing and flossing, too, partly because of what I now realise are sensory issues. I have recently begun to feel more motivated to look after my teeth properly, and it's so helpful to have someone patiently explain how to use interdental brushes, etc.

My only complaint is that I don't get stickers for being brave anymore!

As always my experience was very positive. I was given lots of clear information, which was also sent to me later by an e-mail, and all my questions were taken seriously and answered clearly.

I have recently visited hygienist,she is amazing, lovely, caring person! I highly recommend her!

Reception staff were pleasant and efficient. Slight wait for appointment but ok as it is understandable. Acknowledged by the dentist.
Both dentist and health assistant were welcoming and supportive.
Put at ease and given good clear information and explanations. I felt time and care were both given to my session. Thank you.

I had a dentist and hygienist appointment, both of which were extremely positive experiences. The staff were professional, immaculate and charming and talked through each of the procedures in details. I wasn’t ever in pain and would highly recommend this excellent practice.

Thorough and professional. All explained clearly. Good advice given. And as an added bonus it was the first time since the beginning of the covid pandemic I saw Michael's face - I now know who the person who has been providing me with excellent treatment looks like!

Excellent service from hygienist and dentist as usual

I was provided with gentle, professional care and genuine helpful advice on keeping my teeth clean at home. I'm usually a bit sensitive about my teeth, but here I felt completely safe and I was impressed by Hannah's attention to detail. Strongly recommended!
