Honour Health is very good at putting you the patients needs first with a feeling of being made to feel relaxed. Susan and the team are fantastic and always made me feel relaxed while my treatment was being carried out, thank you very much.

Mike's friendly yet professional manner puts me at ease, giving me confidence for the inspection and any treatment to follow. Thorough in not only inspecting teeth but also the whole mouth and jaw. (as previous feedback comments)
As the thoracic support on my wheelchair conflicts with the small elbow rests (?) on the dentist's chair Mike examined me and carried out descaling whilst I remained in my wheelchair. I was positioned at the back of the dentist's chair with the back of my head resting on a purpose made support. Worked well enough and avoided the risks associated with transferring to the dentist's chair. Helpful as always and clearly very versatile. Thank you.
One negative point. Entrance to the practice and the reception area is via two heavy glass doors. These have to be operated manually. I can't manage them personably and need to wait for a helpful patient leaving or reception staff if they see me. I don't think they can see the outside door from their area of operation. Please could this issue be looked at. Thank you.

From the receptionist to the dentist this is a great practice.

My appointment with Gulshan should have been to prepare for a crown but, two days prior to the appointment, I had broken a tooth next to my front teeth. This tooth, together with the one next to it, had been next on the list to work on but Gulshan immediately offered to change her plans and started work on repairing the damaged tooth and also its neighbour. I thought the result she achieved in repairing, building up and strengthening the offending tooth was nothing short of amazing. I felt so much happier and more confident on the way out than when I came in. In my mid-70s now, my teeth have suffered from the neglect I inflicted on them at various stages of my life, particularly my earlier years when to be honest, I was rather frightened to visit my dentist (with good reason I might add). I have attended Honour Health for several years and have always been happy with their work. Since the Covid years, however, I fell back into my old ways and took too long to reinstate my dental appointments. Gulshan is now tackling the result but I have full confidence in her expertise and her care. She checked I was comfortable throughout the procedure.
May I add that the dental nurse and reception staff were also very welcoming and efficient.

Great service yesterday - I was taken in early for my appointment and Nikos and Grace were so friendly and professional throughout.

I am a nervous patient and incredibly worried whenever I come to the dentist but everyone was so friendly and did their best to check I was ok and put me at ease for my hygienist and general check up.

Yesterday I had my veneers fitted at Honour Health Jesmond by Dr Hunter. She was very professional in all aspects of my care. I felt she understood all my dental needs and gave me the confidence to fully understand the whole treatment plan. Dr Hunter was assisted by Charlotte, the dental nurse who also made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend Dr Hunter and the team at Honor Health Jesmond as my smile now looks amazing!
