Have severe trust issues from past experiences when younger. There is no one I would recommend more than Rebekah Dale. She is so very patient and non judgemental and takes as much time as you need to feel comfortable.

Clearly and concisely explained
I had contacted Sarah at Honour Health, Jesmond, via another high health-conscious soul at our weekly Airbox meetup, after spending 16yrs in the UK Armed Forces and needing the harmful Mercury Amalgam heavy metal filling removing and replacing with a white composite one. (It should be no surprise they are harmful, given the state of the state-based medical and financial systems).
Booking was prompt and they listened to all of my needs and were very accommodating when I needed to make changes to my booking.
The service and work itself was excellent, with everything being clearly and concisely explained in advance of the actual part of each procedure being conducted.
Cost wise was affordable and being the creative-capitalist I am, I am happy with the cost and energy exchange provided, as well as the honesty and integrity with regards to the fact I didn't need a larger filling removed (whereas another Dentist/Service Provider could easily have omitted this fact and charged me more nonetheless).

can't fault them
My husband and I have been with Honour dentists for a few years. They are always professional, either on the phone or in the surgery. Very rarely have to wait long, receptionists are extremely helpful and thorough. We see hygienists as well as dentists, and never had a problem. I can't fault them, except once being 20 mins late, because of traffic, my husband will be taken off the patients list, if he is late again? It's 2 strikes apparently. Other than that not any issues at all.
