Lovely dentist

I had an emergency appointment at Kelvedon
I arrived before my appointment and was seen straight away.
The dentist was Margaret a lovely lady.
I had a tooth extraction two weeks ago in Chelmsford.
It was an emergency appointment too.
My extraction site still very sore and painful.
Margaret took x rays and explained it will take a few more weeks to heal.
I was concerned in case I had an infection.
Margaret put my mind at rest and assured me there was no infection
She showed me the x ray and said take photo its all healing well.
The dental nurse and receptionist also very nice.

Mid Essex Dental Care

The dentist is lovely. The two receptionists however are unwelcoming, not at all friendly and can't even be bothered to smile. Bearing in mind that many people there are anxious, their attitude doesn't help at all. If it wasn't for the fab dentist I'd go elsewhere.

Always been a nervous patient and not liked the dentist however the service here has been absolutely amazing, I've always been made to feel comfortable, had things explained to me and given the vision of the end result. I would highly recommend and ensure that even for someone who's nervous this is a great place to go!

Reception staff were polite but not particularly interested in the patients. The hygienist and dentist were both absolutely lovely; friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient.

I can honestly say that this is the best NHS dental surgery that I have ever attended and I feel very fortunate. Seen three different dentists since registering and they have all been excellent. Recently recommend my daughter and her family and she is in agreement with me.

The dentist, Kaz, is just so lovely and I feel really confident having him as my dentist. Only thing that could be improved is the receptionist as she was quite unfriendly.

My dentist was amazing. I have the worst phobia ever and she anticipated this before my appointment to make sure I would feel a thing. I've had 5 fillings over a couple weeks complete no feeling.
