Emergency appointment.
Receptionist had all paperwork ready, polite and friendly.
Dentist professional, friendly and explained what the problem was and what he was going to do. Also what was needed to be done to permanently fix the problem, anyway apart from the injection a pain free experience.

Mid Essex Dental Care

The practice was clean and calm. The receptionist was a little grumpy but that could’ve been me. The dentist was very nice and informative. I am thinking of moving to this practice.

Successful treatment

I had to cancel an appointment due to being unwell. Got a replacement quickly and dentist acknowledged why I had to cancel and checked I was okay. Successful treatment.
