Mid Essex Dental Care

My experience

This is the second time now that the dentist spent less than a minute looking in my mouth. No clean up nothing. Even problems that I have I was told “let’s keep an eye on it” rather than taking steps to deal with them. That would be ok but as appointments are rarer than hens teeth, I’m not sure this is the best course of action.
All in all very disappointing. Spent more time in the reception than with the dentist and wasn’t offered another appointment in 6 months, like normal.

The most exceptional service

The level of professionalism and customer service is really high. You get reminded of your appointments via email and text which is so helpful. They meet you within your scheduled time and dont keep you waiting for long. Dr Vish provides the most exceptional service - he makes you feel at ease and really makes time to get to know his clients. He also explains the process and make sure you are ok. The assistants are also very nice and friendly.
