I saw Susie and Sara yesterday for an emergency as I was in a lot of pain. I ended up having to have my tooth extracted, they could see how nervous I was, and were so gentle and kind reassuring me every step of the way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone who has a dental emergency

I have been seeing Mel the Hygienist for about 6 months and have had a couple of appointments with her. I've seen other hygienists over the last 20 years but none have been as gentle or thorough as Mel. I normally expect a level of pain with a clean and polish, due to a history of sensitivity, and literally 'grit my teeth and bear it' but nothing like this with Mel - she is so gentle, and on speaking to her about it she says she makes it her policy to work in this way. Also I was very impressed with the strategies they'd implemented during the pandemic and felt very safe throughout. I also love the fact that, at the end when Mel makes personalised recommendations for you she always recommends brands that have both dental credentials as well as eco credentials. SO important in this day and age - and big up to those innovative brands that are on this eco journey too. I couldn't recommend working with Mel more highly!

I have been a patient/customer since they opened in Kelvedon and have to say that the current team are the best yet.
I had a particularly positive experience with the hygienist Mel Bastani who is the first person to convince me to embrace flossing. She did it in a way that was not condescending at all and gave me different options and really specific instructions on what to buy and use. It has had a really positive impact in only 3 months.
