Hygienist appointment for clean and polish. I appreciated how the hygienist intuitively knew when to pause and let me have a break whilst cleaning and removing plaque. Some of my teeth are sensitive, so this approach really helped me and reduced any discomfort. I would recommend this dental practice for their care and friendliness.

I always feel relaxed
Ibraham has a lovely, kind manner and I always feel relaxed when in the chair with him. He is really good at communicating my treatment and advice plans. Everyone at this practice are great, but Ibraham just has a unique way with patients. I’m happy to keep seeing which is saying something as I hate dental appointments’

Toothache since Monday afternoon, tried phoning from Tuesday 8.30, couldn’t get through until 8.40, no appointments left, booked in for Wednesday. Was seen, back tooth either needs root filling or removing and told own dentist needs to review. Still have toothache. Waste of time being in Denplan. I would change dentists. Big firms who take over are rubbish

Treated very well indeed
I attended the Surgery along with my wife and we were treated very well indeed. The Medical History form is a necessary evil, but the staff helped both of us to complete our forms. The only suggestion I could make is that the patient/s who have attended previously and where the surgery have a full record, the record should be printed and given to the patient at each visit to read and the Question asked, " Read your previous history and advise us of any changes". If there are changes you could get the patient to Sign and date a small Addendum Form and make the small changes to your digital record. So I think this could be a possible improvement.

Had a wisdom tooth extraction today with Natasha Kitchen, who was informative, showing X-rays and discussing options. Apprehensive re loca injections but so gentle and no discomfort, extraction appeared easy. Very impressed with Dentist and associate. Lovely, caring and professional.
