I had had a crown come away but managed to salvage it in good order. I was given an appointment the same day I phoned and had the crown cleaned up and refitted. I was also given my regular check-up which avoided returning to the dentist for its originally scheduled appointment 4 weeks later.

The level of professionalism
The attention to the effectiveness of administered anaesthetic. Generally the level of professionalism shown along with the willingness to carry out what was felt to be necessary work as against just what was booked for the appointment. That, I was impressed by. The very pleasant receptionists.

An outstanding dentist
Andrew is an outstanding dentist, he has been my family dentist for as long as I can remember and has always provided excellent care and attention to our treatment over the years, ranging from extractions and referring for orthodontic treatment for myself. Today he went beyond by taking photographs to keep on file in case my teeth begin shifting due to my wisdom teeth erupting, which may result in me requiring a retainer should I wish. I hope he has a happy retirement and I wish him all the best!

Everyone was friendly
Everyone was friendly. Not a long wait to be seen. Seen by the same dentist - seem to have gone through several in last few years and it helps my anxiety a lot when I see the same person.
