Nice friendly staff. I'm always nervous going to the dentist. But I always have a positive feeling when I get there. You are treated as an individual person. I'm always given the time I need.

Always puts you at your ease

Lovely careful final new denture fit from Natasha who is kind, meticulous, caring and not rushed.

Reception greeting and taking of payment was very professional with Yvonne who I’ve known since she was a new start/school leaver - always puts you at your ease.

Dental nurse was aware the stairs were tricky for me kindly offered to carry my bag.

Thank you Hall & Smith as usual for making dental visit better than it might be!

Care and attention to detail

Andrew’s care and attention to detail with gentleness and professionalism. I’m going to miss him when he takes a well-earned retirement next March after 34 years of looking after my dental hygiene and that of my family's also for over 20 years. I can’t thank him enough for what he has done and wish him the very best upon his retirement should I not have the opportunity for a check-up with him early on next year before he retires. Please do pass on my regards, best wishes and thanks.
