I was seen bang on time with no gap between the dentist and hygienist. Filling in the forms was a bit of a pain.

Yet another new dentist!! I think I've had about 6 since Covid a couple of whom I never got to meet. Some have been particularly bad causing problems. This to me is a sign of a company no one wants to work with. From a company point of view i feel that they are only interested in selling dental plans, whitening or implants. Very sad state of NHS dentistry.

We are sorry you have had a change of Dentist. We are aware that we have been very lucky historically to have established Dentists over a long period of time who had no personal reason to move away from Kendal.
In recent years since 3 Dentists have retired and we have been lucky to recruit NHS Dentists during a time when Dentists in general, Private or NHS, are few and far between. The reasons for Dentists leaving us has been numerous , some found commuting too far, change in Personal circumstances and 3 decided to leave the NHS for fully Private Practices . While we continue to provide NHS dentistry to as many patients as we can.
We are pleased to have a team of Clinicians some of which have been with us for 6 years.
We hope you can continue to receive NHS Dental treatment with us as we continue to grow our team.
We do offer additional options which include Implants and Whitening, however our main mission is to provide NHS treatment to those still wishing to and to maintain everyone's Oral Health .

Appointment

I was disappointed not to be offered a scale and polish due to being at the lower end of the scale. I was told I would have to make a 40 minute appointment at a cost of £80. If my gums had been at the top end of the scale, I would have got this for free. It should be the other way round to prevent them getting worse
