They went over and above

More than one dentist attended my appointment and answered any questions that I had. I feel as if this time they went over and above what was required as I asked them several questions relating to my teeth and they were able to give me clarity and reassurance.

Clearly explained my options

Sam and the dental nurse were very friendly. Sam clearly explained my options on a tooth needing treatment, he showed me the X-ray too. Very happy. Thank you.

I had an emergency visit because a very important supportive crown broke and I was unable to wear my upper denture. But Amelia and Tom the technician devised a way to modify it so I could still wear it until a new one can be made. And it was done immediately and ready for me in a few hours. I was so grateful and relieved and Tom has made a fantastic job replacing the missing crown and making my denture fit again. Fantastic service, thank you both so much.
