Whole experience was painless

The receptionist welcomed me pleasantly even though it was late in the day. The dentist was very efficient, explained what was necessary and listened to my response, acted accordingly and the whole experience was painless. All in all, quite a pleasant visit to what can be an ordeal at times!

I felt relaxed all the time

The reception staff were very welcoming, friendly and professional. The dentist explained everything he was going to do and why. He was thorough and I felt relaxed all the time. His assistant was very professional and friendly which helped me feel relaxed.

Today's appointment was for a check up and a clean. As always at Hall and Smith everything was first class. Professional and courteous reception staff. A skilled, kind, caring and re-assuring dentist and a skilled kind and caring dental nurse. I am a private patient. I consider the treatment I received today was excellent value.
