Thank you for your feedback,we are glad you found the team lovely.
We are aware of the condition of the decor in the waiting room.
We have had plans for full decoration and refurbishment for some time now , however we have had to delay while we wait for work to be undertaken on the building next door which is causing issues to our adjoining wall.
Any works done by us before this is resolved will be damaged again by the ongoing issues with the adjoining wall, therefore we are still waiting, we apologise and hope you understand our difficult situation.

Extremely grateful

Contacted the practice for advice when I lost a crown on a back molar. Within 2 days I received an appointment to see Clara my dental practitioner. She arranged an x-ray and a further appointment in November to carry out the necessary repair work.
Extremely grateful to the practice for their quick response and to the whole team for their help.

Emergency appointment

I rang the practice as I had a cap that had fallen off luckily, I still had the cap and they fitted me in on an emergency appointment, within 15 minutes of my appointment cap replaced and I was out the door. Great service

Very impressive

From the first phone contact with Nicola on reception, who was most helpful and efficient to the completion of my treatment only a few hours later, everything was very good. Ousama who carried out an extraction, and his assistants were very professional and courteous throughout the procedure.
Very impressive.
