I was given an appointment quickly. On arrival the staff were very welcoming and pleasant. No problems with the dentist herself. She kept me informed every step of the way. Overall excellent.

Very thorough with helpful advice, both from the dentist and the hygienist.
Unfortunately, I can’t afford the hygienist - even though it is preventative work. I thought it was going to be £59 which I had decided I was prepared to pay for one occasion. However, it turned out to be £79 plus the inspection fee.
I recognise it costs a great deal to provide this service, but it is diff for most people.

We are sorry you felt you may not be able to afford future Hygienist appointments.(on looking at your records you had signed a consent for this appointment and so were aware of the cost prior to the appointment ). Please be reassured the referral to the hygienist is reassessed at each examination and level of treatment / cost can vary, your next Hygienist appointment may be available at the lower price once discussed with your Dental team.
