Thank you for your feed back and recognising the great Dentists and Support Staff we have here.
We are sorry you found the waiting times for your appointment longer than usual this time.

We would like to explain that the increased waiting times we have seen in the last year has been due to 3 factors:
Increased treatments required post Covid19 from many of our regular patients.
We provided Urgent care appointments to South Cumbria until October 2022, impacting our Clinical time
Shortage of Dentists for a period due to retirement.
Please be reassured we have improved the situation with the recruitment of more Dentists and very soon another clinician which will continue to bring down the NHS waiting times at our practice.
We do allocate time for urgent and emergency appointments, only non urgent, routine exams have had to wait if at the time of booking we are booked ahead.
We also operate an efficient system offering patients an earlier appointment should a cancellation occur.
Our NHS clinical time is managed carefully to see patients as quickly as possible.
Private appointments are available, only if patients wish to choose treatments provided Privately as an option but are certainly not being forced into Private care.
