Calm, reassuring and gentle
I have an extreme fear of the dentist and the young man helped me have an extraction that was causing a lot of pain that I really didn’t think would be possible. He was calm, reassuring and gentle. He listened attentively and didn’t try to dismiss my fears. I am very grateful for his patience and reassurance
