Nice Dentist

Friendly receptionists, and dental nurse. Dentist is nice too. I have a fobia of dentist due to childhood trauma. I do get very nervous when l sit in the chair, but nice staff help. Thank you

Same day emergency appointment

Phoned at 8.30 for an emergency appointment, but none available, I got a call back within an hour and slotted me in for treatment 15 minutes later.

As always everyone was friendly and professional. There was only a few mins wait for my appointment and all options for treatment were explained. Unfortunately the soonest date I was offered for the filling I needed was 11 weeks away (and i wasn't able to take that date so actually have a12 week wait) which isn't ideal but I was told to ring for an emergency appointment if any pain develops.

We are sorry if appointments are not as easily available as historically. We currently have a shortage of Dentists and 1 on Maternity leave.
We are working hard to priorities urgent appointments and known treatments, and vulnerable patients including Children.
Our Team will always listen to any concerns and respond appropriately. We are pleased you were still happy with our service
