My first meeting with the pleasant, efficient dentist, and the practice had arranged for me to be on the ground floor, which was kind. The tooth was repaired very swiftly, it remains to be seen if it lasts. Hopefully it will.

Receptionists brilliant. Very polite and helpful.
Alas, the dentist I saw did not make any effort to engage with me. I found her very negative, almost reluctant to help. I was disappointed, as I was nervous about this, my first meeting with her. I felt she was reluctant to offer any solution to my loose and rubbing dentures, only agreeing to new dentures at my request. This leaves me with little confidence of a good outcome. I’ve been a patient with Hall and Smith for many years, having always been more than happy with my treatment. Now I feel I’m in a position where I am considering changing to another practice, unless I could be treated by someone else in your practice.

Excellent work
I initially had to wait for many months for my first appointment due to staff shortages; however, I was offered a cancellation, which greatly shortened the wait. Today’s appointment was on time, and Carla’s work in filling two small cavities was excellent. I do not have injections for dental work, so I fully appreciate her light touch and careful hands.
