Clear explanations throughout
Sarah and Lyndsay (apologises if I got your name wrong) were excellent in so many ways. How they worked together felt intuitive so it was a surprise to hear they didn't. Communication was excellent with really clear explanations throughout which helped assure me. What was subtle but really effective was the use of language, particularly when raising awareness about my dental hygiene habits, without the use of judgement or attribution of blame, brilliant.

Very nervous visitor ,Sarah my dentist (a locum) was amazing she explained everything answered my questions and made me feel at ease ! She was brilliant, please can I have her again!

Very happy with the treatment
It was the first time seeing the dentist in question which is always a bit disconcerting. However, I was very happy with the treatment received and have no qualms about future treatment with the same dentist.
