The Dental Hygienist and Assistant were both very friendly, worked well together, and worked professionally to leave my teeth feeling clean and fresh. I was advised what they were going to do so no nasty surprises and I was offered advice and guidance on how to maintain healthy teeth at home. Overall a very good experience.

Great
Really lovely first visit. She was very thorough with checking all my teeth. Sometimes being in a dentist you can feel rushed but this was not the case. My only constructive criticism (which is not to be taken the wrong way, the appointment was great) is for her to speak up a bit, I’ve got damaged hearing and it was hard to hear her behind the mask. And when she was poking in my gums, don’t be afraid to poke a bit harder. Mr Hall didn’t shy away from reminding me that my gums are bleeding and the pain I’m feeling was my own fault. (And I think he was a fantastic dentist). Other than that, it was great.
