Very helpful

The dentist was very helpful with advice on what she thought I should do. The receptionist was also very helpful as I had to have 3 more appointments and she was able to fit them around my other commitments.

The only problem is for the elderly and infirm is that you have an old building and using the stairs can become difficult, there is no possibility of installing a lift one could assume.

Thank you for your Feedback , we do have 2 surgeries on the ground floor and we normally do ask patients if they happy going upstairs, (We apologies if this was not asked on this occasion)
If unable to use the stairs easily we can relocate the appointment downstairs .
Please let our reception team know in advance ideally so arrangements can be put in place
