Emergency dental treatment

I was impressed
I had never met Amelia before I was impressed with her calm approach she was friendly and made you feel comfortable straight away.
Her young Denial assistant was equally as charming.
They worked together as a team you would have thought they had worked together for years.
This could not have been possible they looked so young but were both so professional.
Very impressive.

Great service and friendly staff
I attended my appointment to find out if I needed a new denture. Jack Waterhouse is an excellent dentist and took the time to explain my options. The procedure I required was carried out quickly and efficiently. I have been a patient of Hall & Smith dental practice for over 50 years. The dentists, assistants and reception staff have all always been of the highest quality, helpful and friendly.

The staff are so helpful and kind. Always friendly. I've been at the practice since I was 4 years old, and I'm now 57! Brilliant service. I've got a new dentist following the retirement of Mr Hall and she is lovely. Very thorough and kind. Five stars to everyone at the practice!

As usual, all was good and the hygienist carried out the task with thought for my comfort and well being, and good humour. Advice was provided on appropriate subjects and she listened to my point of view at all times.
