I am very nervous of going to the dentist for anything due to an awful experience when I was very young, first time with Sarah and she was understanding and put me at my ease, will definitely go back. It does take me a while to trust but I’m sure I will do.

Absolutely fine, no waiting. Went for a, possuble, infection and had my, much delayed, fillong done as well. Great service. Sadly Sam is leaving, so wait and see what the next dentist is.

Brilliant - as always. I have been a patient at Hall and Smith for over 30 years and everyone is so professional, supportive and helpful. When I had toothache the other day they fitted me in really quickly and without any hassle. I got the treatment I needed at my first visit and just need a follow up in a few weeks.

Fast same day appointment
So grateful to be given same day appointment to look at a tongue ‘ulcer’ that had started over 2 weeks before and was worrying me in case it was early tongue cancer. As a person in my mid 70’s, I have been on immune suppressant drugs for many years to help control Rheumatoid Arthritis. My dentist was (Sam) was thorough, professional and caring. He was able to give me reassurance that the sore area was not cancer and advise on home treatment to aid healing. He will see me again in 2 weeks. Thank you Hall and Smith for excellent NHS treatment.
