Recurring toothache
Excellent from start to finish. Always very kind and caring. This includes everyone in reception, Amelia and her nurses. Can’t thank the team enough as have been in acute pain.

Timely and competent and caring service. Routine care performed whilst local anaesthetic taking effect and good communication during and after procedure re findings and aftercare and follow up. 10/10.

I was very grateful to be offered an appointment on the very day I phoned the practice because of my crumbling tooth. I was seen by Natasha and Amelia on time and received outstanding treatment. My crumbling teeth, which I had thought were damaged beyond repair, were carefully cleaned and then built up to look, and feel, completely natural and comfortable. I am delighted with the treatment I received and thank Natasha and Amelia for their skill and professionalism.
The whole practice seems to be extremely efficient and to give excellent care to patients. Again, thank you all.

Thank you- I was grateful for my check up appointment with Sam today.
After having Mr Smith as my trusted dentist for over 30 years, I was grateful for Sam’s warm welcome & him spending a moment telling me about himself.
I appreciated that.
Sam also spent a moment explaining about modern-day dental x rays.
I was greeted happily by reception and Nicola efficiently booked my future check up.
I left with a smile on my face!

Quick fix with options
I lost a filling leaving a sharp jagged edge to a tooth next to my tongue. Amelia gave me several options with expected risk and cost. I chose the cheap ‘quick fix’ of grinding off the sharp edge and have an appointment in 2 months to decide next step.

Kind and professional care
My latest treatment started when I needed an urgent appointment with severe tooth pain. I was treated the same day with kindness and a quick intervention to stop the pain and then booked for root canal treatment. On each occasion, the dentist Sam and the nurse were both very professional, explaining what was happening but also kind and reassuring and the treatment went smoothly with no complications.
My only adverse comment is that on the second appointment another person came into the room and noisily rummaged in a cupboard which I found disturbing and I presume the dentist did too as root canal is tricky. This did not happen in the past.
