The extraction was painless

Lee & his dental nurse were very patient with me & attentive. I take a lot of meds but was reassured that Lee had studied all of the effects this might have regarding the anesthesia I would need. The extraction was painless. The ongoing advice was clearly explained to me.

Top-notch dental care

I had a great experience with this dentist – very professional, friendly staff, and a clean, modern clinic. The quality of care was excellent, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. My only downside is the price – it's definitely on the expensive side. That said, if you're looking for top-notch dental care and don't mind paying a bit more, this place is worth it.

My experience

A good hygiene & routine examination as always but was taken back by how much the Total cost had increased by (11.70%) from £94 to £105 since my last appointment 6 months ago. There was a note on the desk informing all patients of a small increase from 1st April 2025. I don't believe that 11.70% is small!! My pension hasn't increased by this percentage so not sure if I will continue with Impressions.

Superb dentist. I'm with Lee. Him and his assistant are pleasant with light hearted humour. And they use "the wand" (Google it) which transformed my experience. I have no plans on going anywhere else.

Calm and professional

Excellent dental practice, I’m a very nervous patient, everyone at this practice are kind and supportive, they are calm and professional, although I’m no fan of visiting the dentist, this surgery make my visit as easy as they possibly can. I can truly recommend this dental practice.

Check up

I've just been for my 6 monthly check up and have been reminded, yet again, how well this practice deals with dental phobic patients. (They probably don't realise how terrified I am of dentists because they handle it so well!). I've been coming here for about 10 years, even though I live about 40 mins drive away, and the only thing that will stop me coming here is old age - I'm almost 80, and dreading trying to find a dentist nearer home.
