On Saturday the first stage of my molar implant was carried out by the team at Impressions Dental Care.
At every stage of the process I felt that the service was impeccable.
The advance information that was provided to me meant that I knew exactly what to expect when I arrived so that I was mentally prepared for what was going to happen.
The whole process took about 45minutes and I was made to feel comfortable throughout. The dental surgeons (Rob and Sam) made me feel very relaxed and explained each step of the procedure while it was being carried out. The dental assistant (Adele) was highly proficient,
The support that I was offered after the surgery included explanation of how I might feel post surgery and relevant guidance regarding pain relief if required as well as follow up phone calls to check I was alright.
I cannot recommend Impressions Dental Care highly enough.

Usually a good dental surgery friendly staff but on my last visit wasn’t so good, saw the dentist because the hygienist was fully booked, thought I would be in good hands, it hurt, after 30 minutes and a grazed lip it was over and still had to pay £76 pound for the treatment.

If I could give the practice more than 5 stars I would. I have been coming here for over a year now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Sam and Claire are amazing at what they do and are so caring. I never feel nervous about coming here as I am always at ease and when I have had dental work I haven’t felt a thing!. I even travel 35-40 minutes to get here because they are the best! The whole team are friendly and approachable.

Such a relaxed atmosphere
After suffering with toothache over the weekend I was pleasantly surprised that I could be seen so quickly after ringing the surgery, as usual the treatment received was excellent. Being a fairly new patient I just wish I had known about this surgery before. Such a relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff.
