My experience

NIce place with friendly people - who take the time to remember and know you. However, there is a lack of transparency on treatment options and pricing, very much take it or leave it.

Always put me at my ease

I am a self-declared "anxious" or "nervous" patient (I forget the terminology) but IDC have always put me at my ease. They are also non-judgmental.

Had a wobble about attending my usual appointment at the beginning of this year due to my teeth’s sensitivity. Finally plucked up the courage to attend October and due to Lee’s continued advice and guidance have just had a second tooth out plus a full clean …. The care to make sure it was all pain free has been greatly appreciated. It makes the whole experience totally different and nothing to feel anxious about. If you have concerns - do express them as the guys here will do everything in their power to accommodate and make you feel comfortable. Thank you Impressions. Your Happy Patient 😁

Made to feel welcome

It always feels a bit strange to be made to feel welcome when I visit the dentist, historically I have always been nervous but not with this dentist.

My experience

It would be nice if I was notified when prices go up. I was surprised with the cost of £94.25 when I believe that my previous visit was £70 something.

Had an appointment with Julie, the hygienist. It’s never the most pleasant experience, but she made it as comfortable as possible, and was very informative and professional. I’m quite nervous about the dentists, but Julie put me at ease and I still managed to leave with a smile on my face. Thoroughly recommended.

Lovely dentist

Excellent as always. Wonderful ‘bedside manner’, reassuring, explain everything that is being done. Spotless surgery and all staff are in uniform that is smart and clean.

Very professional, very friendly, everything explained in detail and why dental work needed to be carried out. I was told the price of the treatment I needed. A relaxed dental environment which suited my requirements. A great service, I was very pleased with my treatment.

Treated with kindness and courtesy

I have just completed having a Bridge fitted to improve my previously gappy appearance as I cannot tolerate dentures. It was not a straightforward treatment due to my age and health and Sam recommended a treatment with full advice and options which I accepted.
As always I was treated with kindness and courtesy and the skill displayed in designing and fitting the bridge was fantastic. It is completely discreet, looks natural and my granddaughters are very impressed with the result, as am I. I pass on my thanks to the whole team.

An amazing team

All the staff at Kimberley are friendly, welcoming, an amazing team. Lee explains what he is doing all the way through the procedure, making you feel relaxed, I wouldn’t go anywhere else even though I have to travel 250 miles.
