Very impressed
My first visit to Impressions (Nottingham) and I was very impressed from start to finish. Friendly, attentive & responsive reception team. Managed to get an appointment the same day. Facilities are clean and well decorated. My dentist Lee was excellent. From the initial greeting, thorough examination, x-rays and talking through the results and next steps. Great customer service and as a consequence you have gained yourself a new customer and advocate. Great first impression. Definitely recommend.

A friendly and professional practice. Very efficient. The dentist I have is Lee.
A consummate professional, talks me through every aspect of any procedures. If anyone was reluctant to go to a dentist. I would highly recommend this practice, as they are very mindful and put you at ease.

Everything I expected and more
My faith in dentistry has been firmly restored. I've had a fear of dentists after a traumatic experience as a child and today I had my feelings validated which led me to relax. My appointment with Lee was everything I expected and more. A thorough, detailed examination, explanation of my x-rays and a treatment plan that was discussed with me regarding my financial state and also what is most beneficial for my oral health. I was pleasantly surprised how polite and caring each staff member I encountered was.

Fantastic service
The Best Dentist.
Once again I write another review, I cannot praise this practice enough.
I telephoned this morning, after being in total agony over the last day or two. The receptionist was very understanding and made me an appointment same day.
I normally see Sam, however he wasn't working in the practice today, however the receptionist booked me in with Lee (a dentist I'd not seen before), she explained I'd have no worries with Lee, as he his very understanding with nervous patients.
I can't praise Lee enough same as Sam, he was very caring and gentle.
Thank you to you all once again, such fantastic service to a very nervous patient. It means so much how caring you all are.

Dentist Claire and her assistant were calm, friendly, kind and caring.
Claire explained thoroughly about my review and extraction, i felt informed and listened to the whole appt.

Impressions Dental Care
Each time I have visited Impressions Dental Care it has been a similar experience and this time was no different. The receptionist, the dental nurse, Julie, and of course Keelan, (the man with the drill) they are all very 'down to earth' yet professional with a sense of humour. The cost of private dental treatment is challenging for some of us but, if I have to pay I prefer to be in the environment that you all generate. I have heard of some situations experienced by friends etc. who have attended other private practices - I would be straight out of the door. So thanks for what you do.
