This is my first experience of a privately run dentist. My checkup was very thorough, I was shown X-rays and advised on what treatments were needed including a filling, my treatment finished with a clean and polish. I was advised on toothbrushes, toothpaste and method of cleaning at home. My teeth were quite stained and was delighted with the first results. I cannot recommend ‘Impressions’ highly enough. Thank you to the lovely staff.

Absolutely relaxed and pleasant appointment to remove a tooth - never felt a thing throughout the entire process - yes really!!! - Claire was my lovely dentist - lots of information for the after care and I’m in and out in 20 minutes!!! Perfect.

What a great dentist, professionally treated right from my first point of contact via phone.
When visiting the surgery I was treated exceptionally well by all the members of staff, they are certainly a fabulous crew! The surgery is clean/tidy and comfortable and my appointment was bang on time.
First time meeting with my dentist, Claire Erabadda, was a fantastic experience. Claire is attentive, calming and very knowledgeable, Claire listen when I explained my extreme nervousness around dentist visits and answered all my queries putting me very much at ease.
I need some work and I feel I will be happy to visit again to get it all done.

Highly skilled and friendly
An excellent, modern well equipped dentistry staffed by very friendly, highly professional people.
Yesterday I had been in pain for several days and my normal dentist was of no help whatsoever. Impressions managed to get me the same day, the dentist quickly and efficiently sorted the problem. I cannot praise this dentist enough or the excellent staff. This includes the receptionist; she was friendly, polite and efficient and answered all my questions. Then the dentist himself; exceptional person, highly skilled and friendly too. I cannot forget his assistant; again very friendly, put my mind at ease, and efficient. To say I had a tooth out, I really enjoyed this whole experience! Well done Impressions.

I had an emergency appointment for an abscess, it is the first time I have been to this practice, I was very impressed the staff are very friendly, caring and helpful, the surgery is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean and modern.
During my consultation everything was explained to me very clearly what was going to happen and the treatment was pain free and very professional.

Excellent staff
I am now in the process of having a bridge. This is not a simple operation and is spread over several visits. The advice and options were very clear, and the equipment in the surgery were state of the art. It is easy to understand how Sam has won Industry awards. As usual the nursing and reception staff were excellent.
