Very attentive treatment

I saw Sam today for another extraction. I’m an extremely nervous patient with a bad gag reflex. Sam is very understanding and as I also have a serious heart condition, advised against conscious sedation. Instead, he recommended I wear a band on each wrist at a pressure point. It worked. And to the extraction, it took a while, but the tooth came out. We took breaks when necessary and I felt comfortable and under no pressure. A very good dental practice.

I needed treatment for the first time since I have been with Impressions, due to my past negligence. It wasn't urgent but I still received excellent treatment within 24 hours. I felt very well cared for by Lee. Thank you.

Excellent

Having had the good fortune to have had a couple of gold crowns fitted by Sam almost 20 years ago, I’m happy to say that the condition they are still in is more testament to his expertise than my own care. Having returned to him, & the team, in recent years Sam & everyone there are excellent in all that they do. Julie has educated me on every visit to improve my dental health with professionalism & enthusiasm to enable me to not only maintain but improve my dental health. Having been to several other dentists due to moving around, I’m very happy to have returned and wouldn't want any other team entrusted with my teeth.

Clean and polish

All the staff are friendly yet professional always look smart, clean and tidy.
Always tell you what is going to be done, put you at your ease.
When Covid struck they were excellent with all precautions taken.

Relaxed and painless experience

As an ex dental phobe I am so proud to say that these guys have after 40 years of fear actually cured me.
Sam the dentist and Julie the hygienist are both so gentle and understanding of fears that I actually look forward to my appointments now.
They both go at your pace and don’t force anything you aren’t comfortable with.
I honestly can’t recommend Impressions enough.
Not only are they a lovely team including the reception team, they go over and above supporting our local community too on their days off.

First-class dental practice

Keelan explained the problem I had, caused by an erupting wisdom tooth and treated it appropriately, explaining every step of the procedure carefully. He gave advice on the aftercare required, prescribed appropriate medication and repeatedly asked if I had any questions. Keelan also explained how the situation was likely to develop in the future. The nurse was also excellent.
