I trust Anas' completely. I feel that he provides a careful and detailed examination and provides treatment recommendations with honesty. As usual I could not fault the treatment provided, Lee was keen to explain the treatment before commencing, and took into account the fact that I was a very nervous patient, It was very difficult for him as I am unable to open my mouth very wide, but he remained very caring, and coped with a difficult situation. New patient appointment
I have extreme anxiety regarding my health and hadn’t visited a dentist in over 10 years. I saw that Impressions were specialised in dealing with patients like myself so emailed for further information. Natasha replied straight away and was sympathetic and very helpful. I dropped into the clinic to make an appointment and met the dentist who would be treating me. I was very nervous on the day of my appointment but Keelan was very patient with me and put me at ease straight away. He explained everything that was happening throughout my appointment and went through my x rays and his findings with me. I have booked in to see the Hygienist in the next month and will return in 6 months to see Keelan. I’ve even booked my daughter in for her first check up next month, something that I wasn’t able to do before for fear of passing my phobia onto her. Thank you so much to Natasha, Keelan and the dental nurse for such a calm experience.

Brilliant and very professional!
Having not attended a dentist for many years I was very nervous.
Don’t know what I was worried about, Lee made me feel at ease and has talked me through very specifically what will be happening at the next appointment.
Obviously still worried about that, but I have no doubts Lee and fellow colleagues will make me feel at ease.

Had a tooth extraction, and it was probably as pleasant as pulling teeth can be. Was made to feel at ease, talked through the procedure and any questions or concerns I had were answered and addressed. All staff were kind and friendly and I will definitely be using Impressions from now.
