I was given a swift appointment after raising my initial concern. I was seen promptly despite my arriving 15 minutes late due to human error - mine, I might add! Really can’t fault Lee (dentist) and the team at Impressions, they’re very efficient throughout the appointment booking process and always run to time.
Lee is very thorough in explaining what he’s going to do and updated throughout the appointment.
I had my teeth cleaned and polished, a new filling and some scans taken to start Invisalign and I feel it’s the best service I’ve ever received from a dentist. So glad I moved to Impressions, I’d definitely recommend.

I had to go to an NHS dentist recommended by Lee to have a tooth out. Everything went well until the fourth day when I was in excruciating pain. I rang impressions dentist and they got me in straight away. Lee once again was absolutely brilliant. He irrigated the hole and put some kind of anaesthetic in it to give me a little pain relief and put on antibiotics. Lee and his assistant were very compassionate as I got quite emotional with the pain. I know if ever I need Lee at short notice he’ll be there for me. Thank you Lee for being an amazing dentist but most important an amazing human being

I wouldn't go anywhere else
As a phobic, I’ve been under Impressions for almost 6 years, I’ve had major work done under sedation but for the last 5 years, I’ve had check-ups 6 monthly and 3 monthly hygiene cleans, always super friendly and reassuring and on time! So no lengthy waits to get more anxious.
I can’t recommend Impressions enough, they cover all areas of dental work and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

As i claim my dental fees back from an insurance policy i require a detailed invoice of the treatment that i have had done. The best decision I ever made was to go private with this practice. With my previous practice I was waiting regularly for 90 minutes to be seen, here I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes after arrival.
Impressions have a way of immediately putting you at ease and I've been way more comfortable here getting root canal and even an implant than I was just getting a filling at my previous practice.
I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone looking to move practices, they have been instrumental in turning my dental health around into the much better state it is today.
