Julie is great as are all the staff. I’m a serious dentalphobe but I have never missed an appointment with the team. Very friendly, good advice and you are looked after. Totally recommend.

I can smile again!
Encountered my Dentist due to retirement of the one I had at the practice.
I was a dental phobic of at least a good 57 years, I say was because I am not anymore!
I cannot praise my dentist and his nurse enough. I have been treated impeccably by this young Impressions team also the lovely lady on Reception. In todays world there is no need to be frightened of the dentist. l highly recommend them and I cannot thank and praise them enough, they are a credit to the practice and beautiful people inside and out.

Initial consultation
I was politely greeted by reception and asked to take a seat. The dentist assistant Jordon came to fetch me to the consulting room asking my husband and myself if I we were ok and was greeted by the dentist Lee who also asked how we were. As I was anxious Lee took time to talk about my dental routine and then explained the procedure he would follow. All the time keeping a calm friendly manner which helped relax me. He gave me a thorough check up and a clean and polish continually checking to see if I was ok. Both Lee and Jordon were excellent.
As a nervous patient I came away feeling relaxed and happy to return in the future.

Experienced personal medical problems from chemo and radiation which affected my teeth. The service and respect from the moment you walk in feels very personal to your needs. Sam the dentist who dealt with my case was very professional and diligent and gave me many options which melted my nerves away. Also very caring and supportive as was all the dental nurses. Pleasant waiting area very professional all round. Would recommend to anyone

Brilliant service throughout starting with the receptionist who was welcoming and polite.
The dentist was excellent and reassuring but the dental nurse was fantastic, constantly checking in and reassuring throughout the procedure.

Excellent with nervous patients
After a year of treatment with Sam as initially I couldn’t even step into the surgery through fear, I have overcome my phobia and had braces, whitening and cleaning with Julie the hygienist.
The final step was to have two fillings replaced that were done as a child. This was my ultimate test, I sat in the waiting room so nervous and could have bolted. But, I put my trust in one last time with Sam. I had the wand instead of the syringe for the anaesthetic and I can honestly say it’s incredible! I didn’t feel it even going in. It numbs just the tooth and not the whole side of the face.
It was a completely painless experience and I now have perfect teeth!
I can’t thank Sam and the team enough for being so patient and caring with me.
Clean surgery, extremely friendly and caring staff.
If you are scared, just take that first step and make contact… I promise you won’t look back.

Having previously had several poor experiences at another dental practice, I was quite nervous to be sitting back in a dental chair again. Took me a long time to find a Dentist and practice I trust that gives such incredible, professional, and friendly service
I even travel now from Buckinghamshire to see my regular dentist so surely that is proof of her/their great service
