I am so impressed
I contacted the practice today with a concern and I was given an appointment that day to see my Dentist Lee. The reception staff were very efficient and welcoming as always. Lee was very kind and despite my anxiety was very understanding giving me a full explanation to my problem and coming up with a treatment plan followed by a referral for investigations. Lee explained everything very clearly and I felt so reassured. I felt cared for and listened to. I have just recently joined this practice and I am so impressed by the treatment and care that I have received so far.

Today I had an appointment with Julie the hygienist followed by my 6 monthly check up with Sam.
As always, Julie is great at putting you at ease, lots of useful tips to get the best out of cleaning your teeth correctly to minimise the appointments needed.
My teeth always feel great when I’ve had my little clean up.
Painless and quick with the latest technology.
Then onto Sam for my check up….all good and pain free.
I’m always made to feel relaxed and very welcome from the minute I walk through the door with the receptionists to when I leave.
A lovely, modern, clean environment with no dental smell whatsoever.
I can’t recommend this practice enough.

Lee is an awesome dentist. Each time he explained everything and answered every single one question (because had a bad experience elsewhere - i had a lot of them). He makes sure that you do understand the process and you are happy with it. He really look after his patients ( my partner and myself are really happy with the service). He gave me a few options to sort my problem out and gave me recommendations. So if your budget is smaller, he will advise what you can do aswell. If you want the top service and can afford it - he will provide it too. His attitude and approach is amazing.
Very friendly atmosphere in dentist room (? Sorry).
Ladies in reception are friendly and helpful.
